Dear Sirs,

I am a simple citizen disappointed that we were not received in Schengen and shocked that there is no talk about the emergency creation of a space of free movement between Romania and Bulgaria.

So far, two ways to enter in Schengen are mentioned in the press: 1. The way of revenge and 2. The way of separating the 2 states for separate negotiations. But there is no talk of the third way: the opening of a space of free movement composed of Bulgaria and Romania. Thus, in the European Union there would be two spaces without border controls: 1. Schengen and 2. The Romania – Bulgaria space, which could be called „Danube” or another name that would show free passage between the 2 European countries.

As both governments have declared that Romania and Bulgaria are ready to enter in Schengen, which would mean that there would be no more border controls between Romania and Bulgaria, the question arises: Why don’t we urgently create our own free passage space of the 2 countries? Are we not ready?

Only through such a space of free movement can we gain recognition in front of the Europeans, only in this way can we demonstrate that we are worthy, equal and capable of leading ourselves in the European Union. This is the only way we can show our strength and capacity as first-rate states of the European Union. Once this space of free passage between Romania and Bulgaria is created, you will see how we will be invited to unite our space of free movement with their space, Schengen, and we will no longer be at the mercy of the arrogance and petty interests of one politician or another.

Therefore, dear presidents and ministers, urgently open the new area of ​​free movement of Romania and Bulgaria, a big step towards Schengen!

– Отворено писмо до президента Клаус Йоханис (Румъния), президента Румен Радев (България), министъра на външните работи Богдан Ауреску (Румъния), министъра на външните работи Николай Милков (България), министъра на вътрешните работи Лучиан Боде (Румъния) и министъра на вътрешните работи Иван Демерджиев (България) –

Уважаеми господа,

Аз съм обикновен гражданин, разочарован, че не ни приеха в Шенген и шокиран, че не се говори за спешно създаване на пространство за свободно движение между Румъния и България.

Досега в пресата се споменават два начина за влизане в Шенген: 1. Пътят на отмъщението и 2. Пътят на разделянето на двете държави за отделни преговори. Но не се говори за трети път: отваряне на пространство за свободно движение, съставено от България и Румъния. Така в Европейския съюз ще има две пространства без граничен контрол: 1. Шенген и 2. Пространството Румъния – България, което може да се нарече „Дунав” или друго име, което да показва свободно преминаване между 2-те европейски държави.

След като и двете правителства декларираха, че Румъния и България са готови да влязат в Шенген, което би означавало, че няма да има повече граничен контрол между Румъния и България, възниква въпросът: Защо спешно не създадем собствено пространство за свободно преминаване на 2 държави? Не сме ли готови?

Само чрез такова пространство на свободно движение можем да получим признание пред европейците, само по този начин можем да покажем, че сме достойни, равни и способни да се ръководим в Европейския съюз. Само така можем да покажем силата и капацитета си на първокласни държави в Европейския съюз. След като бъде създадено това пространство на свободно преминаване между Румъния и България, ще видите как ще бъдем поканени да обединим нашето пространство на свободно движение с тяхното пространство, Шенген, и вече няма да бъдем оставени на милостта на арогантността и дребните интереси на един или друг политик.

Затова, уважаеми президенти и министри, спешно отворете новата зона за свободно движение на Румъния и България, голяма крачка към Шенген!

– Scrisoare deschisă către preşedintele Klaus Iohannis (România), preşedintele Rumen Radev (Bulgaria), ministrul de externe Bogdan Aurescu (România), ministrul de externe Nikolay Milkov (Bulgaria), ministrul de interne Lucian Bode (România) şi ministrul de interne Ivan Demerdzhiev (Bulgaria) –

Stimaţi domni,

Sunt un simplu cetățean dezamăgit că nu am fost primiți în Schengen și uimit că nu se vorbește despre crearea de urgență a unui spațiu de liberă circulație dintre România și Bulgaria.

Până acum în presă sunt menționate două căi pentru a intra în Schengen: 1. Calea răzbunării și 2. Calea despărțirii celor 2 state pentru negocieri separate. Însă nu se vorbește despre cea de-a treia cale: deschiderea unui spațiu de liberă circulaţie compus din Bulgaria și România. Astfel, în Uniunea Europeană ar fi două spații fără controale la graniță: 1. Schengen și 2. Spațiul România – Bulgaria, care ar putea fi numit „Dunărea” sau un alt nume care să arate libera trecere între cele 2 țări europene.

Cum ambele guverne aţi declarat că România și Bulgaria sunt pregătite pentru a intra în Schengen, ceea ce ar fi însemnat ca între România și Bulgaria să nu mai fie controale la frontieră, apare întrebarea: De ce nu am face de urgenţă un spațiu propriu de liberă trecere al celor 2 țări? Oare nu suntem pregătiţi?

Doar printr-un astfel de spațiu de liberă circulație ne putem câștiga recunoașterea în fața europenilor, doar așa putem demonstra că suntem demni, egali și capabili de a ne conduce și noi în Uniunea Europeană. Doar așa ne putem arăta puterea și capacitatea de state de prima mână a Uniunii Europene. Odată creat acest spațiu de liberă trecere între România și Bulgaria veți vedea cum o să fim invitați să unim spaţiul nostru de liberă circulaţie cu spaţiul lor, Schengen, și nu o să mai stăm la mila orgoliilor și intereselor meschine ale unui politician sau altul.

Prin urmare, stimați președinți și miniștri, de urgență deschideți noul spațiu de liberă circulație al României și Bulgariei, un mare pas spre Schengen!
